T-Visa Evaluation

T-Visa Psychological Evaluations

T-Visas provide immigration protection to individuals who have been victims of severe human trafficking, including labor trafficking and sex trafficking. Applicants must demonstrate that they have experienced significant physical or psychological harm as a result of trafficking and are present in the United States due to that victimization.

A comprehensive psychological evaluation can be critical in documenting the trauma, coercion, and lasting mental health impact associated with trafficking experiences.
